Just three years ago, a now 50-year-old man in Hampshire, UK, won admiration and accolades when he lost a whooping 127kg in just seven months.

Leroy Wilson was so overweight that doctors warned him he risked having a heart attack if he didn't lose it quickly. Furthermore, he says an overweight friend passed away and he became worried he could be next.
He therefore embarked on a weight loss program that saw him shedding excess weight dramatically in a short space of time. He even appeared on the cover of a popular fitness magazine.
However, Leroy has regained most of that weight just three years later.

Back to square one: Leroy has regained most of the kilos he shed
Leroy says the main reason for the weight gain is his lack of focus, although he adds that he has a blood sugar problem that contributes to the gain.
He also says the attention he received after losing weight got to his head and strangely made him insecure.
Watch Leroy in the video below speaking about his weight loss achievement. This was in 2012.
